NOTE: Please, while presenting a copyright infringement claim, make sure you have the following:
I). Make sure you have reliable contact information in which we can use to reach you (An email address is highly recommended).
II). Ensure that you have evidence that you are the owner of the copyrighted material or you are the one authorized to act on behalf of the rightful owner of the allegedly infringed.
III). You should be able to adequately identify the allegedly infringed material which must include one search term (at least) under which the material is present in PrayerMood.com.
IV). Also, the complainant should present a statement that proves that the owner of the material in question, believes that the alleged copyrighted material was used in a manner that was not approved by the copyright owner, the law or its agent.
V). The complainant will in addition present a statement that shows that the alleged infringed material is actually the correct one, and under penalty of perjury, and the person or persons complaining is the legitimate owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
VI). Additionally, the message sent to PrayerMood.Com notifying us about the alleged infringed material should be signed by the owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
We will begin the removal process within 24-48 working hours, as soon as you compose the infringement notice with the format recommended above.
Deleting the said infringed portion is possible, but deleting the whole content may not be possible except you allege the whole content was infringed and also give us a Clickable link to your infringed full publication.
